How is it possible that your exchange crypto to fiat is 5% lower then fiat to cryptos? As An example buying eth with pounds the exchange is 832 to 1 and buying pounds with eth is 780 to 1. There is 5 % difference. This is called fraud!

That’s not fraud. That’s possibly the market spread + the 1.5% fee applied by Bitstamp (3% both ways), announced here:
yeah exactly but the 1.5 % fee is already calculated. And does NOT make such a spread. You are off by a long way from giving any decent service in cryptos. You should advise your costumer that the buy/sell price is in YOUR favour or it IS fraud!
