creating exchange rate alert

is there a way to get a notification if a currency exchange goes over a certain point, e.g usd over 1.40?

Hi,
It does not work for me.
If I want to create an alert, I chose RON as 1st currency, then EUR for second one, I fill in amount and in the end the alert is created for RON “below” EUR rate
I need to have one with RON “above” EUR rate

Can you help me please?
