I have been trying unsuccessfully to sort out an issue with my telephone number and the online chat is atrocious!!! I leave a message and it takes nearly 24 hours for a response only for them not to answer the question and me raising it again only to wait nearly 24 hours for another incorrect response. Anyone else having issues? I’m off to the USA shortly and really NEED this sorted out ASAP

Common complaint I’m afraid - and doesn’t seem to be getting any better.
Always have another payment option when travelling
