Hi all

I am having a problem in that I cannot top up my account and keep getting a message relating to 3D security being turned on. I have spoken to my bank who tell me that this is turned on and that I need to top up using the internet. How is this done?

Go to more, profile, account details. There you can find the account details needed fo top ups. Always top up with the corresponding currency details. Send EUR to EUR for example.
