Hello, recently I wanted to make an online payment in €, but failed due to insufficient fund in €, nor £. However the decline message shows in my £ account. This is very confusing because it was a € payment I tried to make.

I have double checked this for you, and the first payment to easyjet was in GBP.
evil easyjet tried to impose their fx exchange rate on me on the first attempt then.
