Confirmed bank cards successfully and now blocked from account


I have had to confirm my bank cards. I have checked statements and put in codes to confirm. These were both done successfully and then straight away I have been blocked out of my account for security purposes.

Contacted in-app support on Monday evening and have had no response to date…how do I get account unlocked without in-app support?
