Checking Documents

I can’t verify my card or get my Revolut account details. Both say that they are checking documents, but I uploaded them months ago. Urgent help needed as I’m travelling now!

I have tried the support chat, but only got a message to say all agents are busy

It usually means that one of the pictures is low quality, so they can’t check them :slight_smile: you can contact support in-app, on Twitter (@RevolutApp) or on Facebook: https://facebook.com/revolutapp and they will verify it for you.
