Chat window unresponsive


Hello staff, I have a chat window open via the app that hasn’t been answered in a few hours.

(I contacted with a question about the verification process - If I click ‘Profile’ > ‘Verification and Limits’, it says ‘Pending Verification’ but I haven’t uploaded any docs yet.)

Is there any way of starting a new in app conversation?
