Chat support?

Hello! I have tried for a few days to contact support via chat - I need to change my residential address and phone number. Unfortunately, I have received no reply. Is it possible we can start this process? Especially the phone number is urgent, in a few days my number will stop working, and then so will my access to my business account…

and just as a point of interest, I first asked this question in chat on the 18th May, it is now the 25th May, and have received only silence…
