I wanted to follow up on a refund claim raised a little while ago.
I talked to a live agent (Blazej) yesterday through the chat and he said that he was transferring the conversation to the chargeback team.
Since then I haven’t been able to talk to anyone, I can’t talk to Rita and typing “Live agent” doesn’t do anything. I’m basically stuck.
Anything I can do to reset the chat? Thanks!
