One of the recent versions (I am currently on 5.10) must have introduced some issue with the help chat. A response from support is shown as notification but once I open the chat screen it does not display and I need to force-close the application and restart it to have the response displayed.

The entire chat seems to be somewhat non-functional right now.
The chat itself is working again, but the originally mentioned issue is still there. So it was not connected to yesterday’s problems but seems to be a display issue in 5.10.
Either there are issues with the chat again or there is no ETA displayed anymore.
