Hi, I was chatting with a rep on Saturday (2days ago) they said they were transferring me to a different department. Since then I can’t get any response from chat. It is like it has got jammed. I need to get an issue solved urgently but can’t get through to anyone. Is there any other way of contacting Revolution?
