Chat not ended

Hi,

My last chat was not ended by the customer assistant and now I need to raise a new issue and cannot start a new a chat. I’ve been charged twice for one transaction and need to speak to customer services

Any ideas please?

Hi there.

I can see that transaction is in pending, A pending transaction is a payment which has been authorised but is still waiting for the merchant confirmation or reversal. The amount will not be available on your Revolut account until the merchant cancels the payment or 7 days have passed and the money has not been claimed by the merchant. After this time, your balance should be adjusted automatically.
