No one is responding to the in app chat for over an hour now and i had a few questions thats not covered on the FAQs section,

I’m having the same issue since yesterday. Though i’m wondering wether it’s a bug or i’m being ignored : last chat has never terminated, i don’t get RITA message when sending new one, it’s just speaking in the wind…
