I recently tried to withdraw €300 from an ATM. The ATM didn’t give me the cash but Rsvolut withdrew the funds from my account. I registered a complaint and they started a chargeback process. This had a maximum time scale of 45 days. This has now passed but no contact from revolut and no money back. Has anyone else had this problem?
