Chargeback form goes back after entering my mobile number (and no sms recieved)

Hi there,

I had to contact support regarding a double payment issue, I was referred to the chargeback form. However after entering my mobile number (tried three different numbers, incl the one linked to my account) but it seems to jump to the “Enter sms code sent”, then jumps back to the “Enter mobile number below” section of the form…

Is it currently experiencing bugs? If so, can support help me file for my chargeback… Been a week trying to sort this out.
