Changing passcode

When changing passcode to 6 digits its saying forbidden. Contacted support team it says click on the link…which then says site cant be reached…how are we supposed to get help when we cant get to live chat with the support team, unless on the app that i cant access.

Welcome to our community. Sorry to hear that you’re unable to reset your passcode. Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps:

  • Set your browser to incognito or private mode before logging in
  • Clear your browser’s cache and enable pop ups
  • Try using a different browser
  • Make sure you have Revolut Business mobile app (black icon) and try to reinstall the app again

Once you complete the steps, to change your passcode:

  1. Log in to your Revolut Business mobile app (black icon)
  2. Go to Settings from your profile by clicking the top left of the screen
  3. Tap Security and privacy → Change passcode
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions from there

If you can’t log in to the app, please follow the below steps:

  1. Open Revolut Business mobile app (black icon)
  2. Tap Forgot your passcode?
  3. Enter your email address and continue
  4. You must open the email on the same device to reset your passcode
