Could someone help me on how to change my old visa debit card details to a my new card details?

Tap “+” (next to amount in “Accounts” tab), then expand cards list then tap “+ Add new card”
I cannot find the + add new card.
there is no + next to amount in Accounts tab.
Where is the accounts tab anyway I dont have one??
The app has changed much in the last month or two.
Cards are shown as an icon on the bottom of the Home screen…
But this is only for Revolut card. I mean - changing your BANK card details. I used to have one bank card but it expired, I need to put new BANK card number
