Change the starting date of the "Monthly Budget Control" feature

Custom Date Range in Analytics Section

It would be great to have a custom date range in the analytics section. For example I get paid on the 20th of the month so I’d like to run the analytics from when I get paid get paid Month to month. It just makes it a little bit easier to understand where my money is going.
