Hi,
I’m in London and I created an account with my english phone number.
I need a virtual card, and i am asked to add 10 pounds first.

I don’t need a virtual right no so I will wait.

if I’m moving to Belgium, and I need a virtual card, car I topp up in euros to get my virtual card?

also, can I change my phone number and keep the same account and then top eu in euros?

Sure you can do that. You can top up your account whenever is best for you, and get your first virtual card for free.

In order to change your phone number you will need to contact us so we’ll change it for you.
