Cash not issued by ATM but app says it has been.


I tried to withdraw cash from an ATM in Melbourne this evening but was declined, however I’ve had notification from Revolut that the transaction did take place and it has taken the amount from my account!! I successfully used the card twice earlier in the day and once after the transaction in question. The wait time for an agent is currently 6 hours which is not helpful with the 9 hour time difference. Is there an email address or other form of contact as the phone number is not helpful for my issue.
