Take good, readable sharp and well lit photos of your card, both sides. Send them to support and ask them to verify it manually for you.
That might speed things up.
My camera on my phone is fauly and will only take blurred photos
Right now I cannot possibly verify my account or use it at all despite having money in it
There are no possible other options offered (like uploading a photo of my id which of course I have) which seems really stupid.
Live chat is no use as there is nobody there. There seems to be no support at all on offer like an email or a phone number I can contact so I am stuck.
