Once you start card verification there is no way to go back (no cancel button) and it’s fine if you enter 4 digit code and your card is readable, but when card is not readable by the app you just end up with failed attempt that are finite (5 attempts i think).
I have the same problem. I was using the correct transaction code but can’t see if the card scan was getting the right number. Tried support. Just says it’s offline.
Just found that if you deny the app access to your camera it lets you type the card number instead. No good for me though as the account is already blocked!
It’s not intuitive to deny camera access and how would you know that it will allow you manual card number entry. I certainly didn’t know. There should be a CANCEL button at all times and a button for manual entry.
