I’m stuck with my card that cannot process any kind of physical payments (in-store or ATM), despite account being properly topped up, and well below spending limits.
I have no answer from support, and I’m a bit stranded here
Did you check card’s status in the app?
Maybe try to freeze it then exit from the app and then unfreeze it ones again?
Or logout and login
Or reinstall the app…
