Card top up to old Barclays Revolut account..

Yesterday I topped up my card using an old transfer stored account info ,which had the previous account from Barclays Bank instead of the new one from Lloyds.
The payment came through without any problems from my bank but only today i noticed the change for the bank account.
Will the transfer get through, or do i have to cancel it?
