Card still not delivered

Hi @revolut

I’ve ordered my card April 3rd and I haven’t received nothing as of today (April 18th). Should I be concerned? I live in Belgium and already checked the adress details. Nothing wrong there.
I’m still waiting on the support chat, so I thought to ask it here.

you should have a estimated shipping date for your card in the app. What does it say ?

Thanks for replying. Well the estimated date of delivery was 13th April.
But now this information isn’t showing anymore.

okay, so it’s 6 days overdue.

Has the in-app support replied already ? It might take a while but as far as I experienced it, they’ll get back to you.

The support chat has been very helpful. They recommended that I have to block my card and try to re-order a new card. And so I did.

Most definatly the fault of Belgian post office.

Hi;

I live in Belgium and have so far ordered Revolut cards twice, each got delivered in 3-4 days, no problem whatsoever.

Very strange. make sure Revolut does not charge you for reordering your card.

Hi

They’ve charged me 6 euros for the card. And when not delivered topped my
card with 6 euros. Now I’ve paid the same amount…
