The support chat has been very helpful. They recommended that I have to block my card and try to re-order a new card. And so I did.
Most definatly the fault of Belgian post office.

okay, so it’s 6 days overdue.
Has the in-app support replied already ? It might take a while but as far as I experienced it, they’ll get back to you.
