I received my card and uploaded my documents and it was unsuccessful. I uploaded my documents through Chat online but no response. I contacted them on Twitter and Facebook and I was contacted by chat online. The selfie was the problem because the passport photo was professionally taken. I had to take a selfie holding my passport and this was sufficient. At least they are serious and cautious about fraud. My card is ready for use so happy days.
