Card payments being declined

I’ve just started using the card for the 1st time and the payment was declined at a local supermarket. I checked the app and the payment had been taken. I have zero confidence in this card, what is going on ??

Check your security details for the card in the app. Usually, the push notification tells you the reason why a payment was declined. Don’t worry, money for a declined transaction is still “pending” and will be refunded.
