Card not recognised

Hi.

I tried using my card at an ATM and got the message “card not recognised”. I have activated my card and topped up. Seems strange that my card is not recognised.

And is the ATM listed in Mastercard’s ATM finder?

It’s ok, managed to finally speak to someone on the app. Seems like it’s an issue there end, they are looking into it. Thank for your help.

Hi there.

Very sorry to hear that. I would advise you to use the card to make a small payment instead of using the card to CO-OP. Make sure to use chip & pin for the payment.
