Hello,
Sorry for my bad english.

The last time to receive my card was today, but I did not receive anything. In the application it is advisable to order another but it will cancel the current one. The problem is that I have to leave in 10 days. If I order a new card will I receive it on time? Is there an express delivery?

Le dernier délai pour recevoir ma carte était aujourd’hui, mais je n’ai rien reçu. Dans l’application il est conseillé d’en commander une autre mais cela annulera celle en cours. Le problème est que je dois partir dans 10 jours. Si je commande une nouvelle carte est-ce que je vais la recevoir à temps ? Y a-t-il une livraison expresse ?

There is an express delivery, but its costly and still risky. You can select express when ordering the card.

Have you requested the card to your original registration address? With me they sent the card to the registration address despite me providing a different delivery address for the card.

And not only that, it arrived 2 weeks late using their “express” delivery
