Card not arrived after 3 weeks

Hi there!

I’ve ordered a Revolut card 3 weeks ago when delivery was free of charge but I haven’t received it to this day. The FAQ said that if it’s been 2 weeks and the card hasn’t arrived yet I should mark it as stolen and order another but, if I try to do that, the application says it will charge me for the shipping.

What can I do to get my original card delivered or another one delivered with the same offer (free shipping)?
