Card locked after internet transaction and deadafter 24 hours


I tried to use my Revolut card for the first time on internet to buy plane tickets. Trasaction was rejected by the airline and card was blocked.

I contacted customer service and immediately got answer that my case is difficult and has to be resolved by someone else. Account is verified and money topped-up

I try to get help for 20 hours with no answer now and card is still blocked.
If this is the way you treat you customers I would like to transfer my money to other account and destroy Revolut card…
