I have been in Canada for almost two months and my revolut card has been functionning very well. Today, during my morning routine before work, i got to a Couche-tard to buy myself a dr pepper and my card got declined. I then tried to go to a mcdonalds, the same thing happen except this time, the payment is shown in my payments history even though i got a receipt from the machine indicating the message “05 transaction not approved 481”. I’d like to know why i cannot suddenly use my card as i have to do an important payment by the end of the day.
Same happened to me on the UK the app seems to be down seems to be up now but I have being charged for the 2 declined transactions!
