Card hasn't arrived

I asked for my card on 22nd May and it has not arrived yet. It was supposed to take 3 days. My colleague from work asked for her card on the same day as me and received it after 2 days. I’ve tried talking to someone on the app chat but I’m not able to talk to someone real, just the robot. I need the card, it’s really urgent!
