Card has not been delivered (though the app says so)


I’ve ordered my card on 19th Dec with express delivery, I’ve made a payment and today I’ve received the notification that allegedly the card has been delivered to my home, however I’ve not gotten anything. Moreover, the card has disappeared from my App “cards” tab so I can not check the ref number anymore to track the parcel (royal mail UK), but when I checked last time before that happened royal mail also said that the parcel has been delivered.

What can I do?
