card has been blocked and no live agent in app to reply


my card has been blocked and required 4 digital code; however, after entering 4 digital code i found in my bank statement, it’s still blocked. and today no one reply in the app at all.

Hey Veronna. You should now be able to send a direct message to Andreas. Go to his Profile and in the top right corner there is a message button.
