I don’t think they will give you another Mastercard.
According to different topics and posts on the subject : you have to request a new card then contact 
in the inapp chat to ask for a refund of the delivery fees.

@anon33247966, this does not appear to be true. Instead, the app prompts the user (see the red “1” on the Cards tab), indicates the expiry day and month at the top of the card, and invites the user to “order a free replacement card”. Although it’s not how you describe, it seems very well implemented. Is it not possible to replace a non-premium MasterCard with another non-premium MasterCard? It only allows a Visa card.
