Card does not work!


Hi there

I ordered my card a couple of months ago. At first it worked fine, but suddenly it stopped working, even at places I was able to pay before. The helpline wasn’t much of a help, so I ordered a replacement card - which isn’t working either!

Any ideas? I intended to use revolut as my primary payment, but like this it doesn’t make any sense…

What info about transaction do you get? Have you checked security options in the app?
