Card disappeared on app

Hello! New here… lets see if you guys can help me
Yesterday i saw a transaction on my card that looked fishy so i froze the card and contacted the live chat, and to this moment i am still waiting for the live agent to answer…
I found out that the transaction was in the end correct, so i tried unfreezing my card but it says an error ocurred and i don’t see my card in the app anymore, just the shape with blank content. When i try to use any button (such as unfreeze, change pin etc) it gives me the same error. I called the number to lock my card in the meanwhile but i really need answers to activate it again.
