Card declined in stores and unable to get cash in Lithuania today. Please fix it.

Thanks. I checked the app and it says the card is frozen. My next question would be how? I didn’t do it, it worked last time just fine and i didn’t use the app for weeks. No one has access to my phone or the app.
The card might get blocked if a suspicious transaction takes place
You should have got a notification, but anyway, you can unlock it clicking the Unfreeze button after reviewing the transaction list for anything suspicious
I have never received any notifications.
