I’ve been using Revolut for a number of months without problems, but recently my card is being declined at ATMs (so far in both Holland and Germany). Support haven’t responded to my query yet, which is frustrating as ideally I need to withdraw some money today. I currently have sufficient balance to make a withdrawal.
Any quick fixes, or any other ideas? Is my card blocked or similar?
Some ATMs in Germany (like some from Sparkasse) don’t accept Mastercards. You did check the security options within the app, I guess?
Thanks for the reply. All of them were (theoretically!) mastercard-accepting. All the security options look fine too, nothing is disabled.
