Help! My card has been blocked and i am not in the UK…app says i need to get it unblocked by live agent but have been waiting 6 hours!! Currently in croatia and need to use the card!!!
can you send a message to the Facebook team ? Usually, they are able to respond faster than the in-app support.
@Caroline1302 Did you try to enable this in the Card tab in the app? Our weekend and holiday support hours are from 12-6 UK time.
Hi larysa, yes I did and as I was abroad it advised I needed to speak with an agent. I was aware of the opening times, I contacted the in app support at 12pm exactly and received a response at 6am the next morning
