Card being declined!


In New York and my card keeps being declined - need to use it! Please help ASAP

Does the declined transaction show up in the app?

Are you using the chip? Magnetic strip? Is location security enabled for your card? :wink:


I’ve tried using both chip and pin and swipe! The transactions are showing up on the summary too


Also Location security isn’t enabled, been using the card all week and it’s been fine


What is the reason of declining the transactions? Do you have any message?


It says ‘Your payment was declined, please contact support for more information’


Have you contacted the support? Are you verified?
