i need help my revolut card has been declined.what should i do to fix it?
How was it declined? Does it show in the app declined? What’s the reason when you tap it?
If there’s no decline in the app, you’ll need to speak to the merchant and ask what went wrong as request may not have gotten past their payment systems.
Also helps if you could let us know type of merchant, country and also whether you have <18 or standard Revolut.

You really need to provide more detail for your question to be meaningful. This is a user resource not Revolut support (who you should contact in-app).
As a start, have you checked the settings for the card in the app? was this your first use and have you perhaps reached the contactless limit (which should be reset in the app).
Without further information, it will be impossible to best guess your issue.
