Card been stuck on verify card for over a week


Been trying to verify my card for over a week, even though it says it’ll take 10 minutes - contacted customer support multiple times with only the automated reply. No member of the team has contacted me. I am now currently on holiday and unable to use the card, therefore have no money.

Really need to get this sorted!!!
