Card Already Linked to Account

Hello,

I’ve just tried using Revolut for the first time in about a year. I already have a physical card and I’ve used it several times. I’ve just logged onto the app and I have no “Card”. When I type in my card number is says that the card is already linked and to contact support but I haven’t had a response.

Hi @Ajgask,

Can you please try to: Block the card, then order a virtual card, block the virtual card and finally unblock your physical card.

Also, please send me you phone number associated with your account via a direct message. Tap on my name here, then “Message”
