I had $560 in my USD balance and tried to bank transfer it to my aunt in America. It then poped up that i had to verify my top up card. So it asks for a 4 digit verification code. Thats on my bank statement. But its not on my bank statement. I tried in app support yesterday at 9am and they said they would refer me to the appropriate team 27 hours later no help. There is no reply on the in app support or any way to restart a new support.
