Can't verify my account

Was going through the process of account verification and have provided the passport photos as requested via the in-app Support chat. Since then (~3 weeks) the Support in-app has been silent and not responsive to my communications (not even robot response). Verification/limit change has also not happened.

Can someone please get back to me?
