I really wonder how this all works… A relative opened an account last night, and her identity was verified 5 minutes after she took the pictures. She and I were pleasantly surprised, but now that I see your post I see it sometimes doesn’t go all so smoothly.
So. I contacted support on facebook, I think they will help me to fix this.

You need to be a minimum of 18 years old to open a Revolut account. Unfortunately, we had to lock your account and all the funds has been reverted to the original source of top up.
