Cant topup, just created acc

Ome of my friend have just created the account and they are asking for verification documents. Where as one of my other friend didnt verified the acc and still able to topup. Why is that so?? Is this a error @AndreasK

Just to let you know there are alternate ways of verifying.

My question is why is that?
One user dont have any verification required and one needs to verify even if he just created a acc?
Why is that?

We have managed to verify their accounts with other alternate ways.

We’re able to verify electronically, and no longer require physical documents in many cases. I hope this answers your question.
